Before: A historic mansion overlooking the lake, with a large park, to be valued by bringing back the ancient splendour with original paintings and frescoes.

After: A complete restoration with internal distribution changes of the villa and restoration of the interior ornate ceilings and the exterior facades, demolition of an existing rustic shed and reconstruction of a new annex to use as a relaxation and fitness area. Construction of an outdoor swimming pool inside a redesigned park and of a safe and secure underground garage.
